The primary purpose of SJ Music is the creation, publication and selling of chamber music pieces, particularly for strings. We also publish a few exercises, studies and books related to the playing and studying of chamber music and string instrument playing technique. Our sheet music is professionally typeset, making it easy to read.
All our publications can be ordered directly from us on this web site: www.sjmusicpublications.co.uk (payment with credit/debit cards via Paypal), or ordered from any bookshop or music shop.
SJ Music is not responsible for the exchange rate used by foreign banks or credit companies when converting our sterling prices into your own currency on your credit card/bank statement.
Alternatively, orders may be placed by post or email (see Reaching Us below). We will issue an invoice and payment must be received before the order will be dispatched.
Payments can be made by:
1) Cheque in GBP £
2) Electronic bank transfer
Our delivery charges vary according to the total value of your purchase, and delivery country. Full details are on our Delivery Charges page. Within the UK SJ Music uses Second Class Post. Overseas orders are sent by airmail. If you have any queries about cost or speed of shipping please contact us.
We aim to process your order within three working days. However we are a small business, and delays can occur as a result of a large volume of orders or holidays. In cases of urgency please contact us and we will make every effort to help.
It's the nature of publishing that occasionally a publication may not be immediately available. We will inform you by email of the likely delay, and are happy to split delivery so that you receive the rest of your order first.
No sales tax is payable on printed music or books.
Online payment is handled by Paypal. For clearance of credit and debit cards you will be redirected to Paypal's secure server, and your card details will be encrypted in transmission.
SJ Music does not at any time hold any financial information about its customers.
We are human and can make mistakes, but we will do our best to correct them quickly. Please let us know if there is a problem - otherwise we can't sort it out.
